Panthera Foundation:

What we do

Our purpose is to improve financial resilience in the communities that we operate in. We combine financial resources with hands-on volunteering to deliver public benefit.

Who we support

Some of the programs that The Panthera Foundation is funding with our partner charities include:

Big Picture Australia

Our work includes establishing more BPEA standalone schools in each major Australian city, along with developing a financial literacy component to each BPEA student’s individual graduation portfolio.

The Smith Family

Our work includes delivering a suite of targeted financial literacy programs to help students along their educational journey, along with including Certificate I in Financial Services in their Learning for Life scholarship.

Our work includes assisting in the expansion of the Sticking Together Project across NSW and into QLD. This involves additional locations and the enhancement of web-based personal development tools and mobile device capabilities.

How we offer support

We support Australian non-profit organisations who have been carefully selected to enable our Foundation to deliver the most impact. We believe they are all successful in delivering on our purpose, with proven sustainable and effective outcomes.

Our Grant Program

Our primary method of support is through our Grant Program, where we provide funding to non-profit organisations that use education, training and development to equip young Australians with financial literacy, educational and employability support and resources.

Workplace Volunteering

Supported with fully paid volunteer leave, Panthera Finance Group employees regularly donate their time and professional skills to help our charity partners pursue their important work.

Our non-profit partners have been selected in-line with the following principles underscoring our approach to our grant program:

  • The organisations we support must share our purpose and focus.
  • We will support programs that have proven sustainable and effective outcomes.

To receive a grant from the Panthera Foundation, a non-profit organisation must have Deductible Gift Recipient Status as defined by Australian Taxation Laws. The Panthera Foundation is limited to providing support within the Commonwealth of Australia.

Please be aware that we do not accept any unsolicited requests for funding. Instead, we seek to identify and research programs with outstanding outcomes.
